The Nurse's Station is a service operated by Black Nurses Killing It, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Nurse's Station. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Nurse's Station. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
The Nurse's Station is available to individuals who hold an active, valid healthcare license or certification issued by a U.S. state or territory. This requirement is based on licensure, not citizenship or immigration status \u2014 non-citizens who are licensed to practice as healthcare professionals in the U.S. are welcome to join.
Access to matching and messaging requires submission of professional license information for review. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification at our discretion.
License verification is not a criminal background check and does not guarantee the identity, character, or ongoing licensure status of any member. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when interacting with other members, including when deciding whether and how to meet in person.

We do not conduct criminal background checks and are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the platform.
You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it within the app to other members as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for content you upload and represent that you have the right to share it.
The Nurse's Station is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that verification will catch every instance of false information, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Nurses Killing It, LLC and The Nurse's Station are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other members, whether online or in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) $100. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Nurses Killing It, LLC, The Nurse's Station, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms, your interactions or conduct with other members (on or off the platform), or content you submit to the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
